Hannah Joyce is Professor of Electronic and Photonic Engineering in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where she leads the Electronic and Photonic Nanodevices group. Her research focusses on the crystal growth of low-dimensional semiconductor materials, the development of new nanomaterial-enabled optoelectronic devices (particularly terahertz photonic systems) and the development of new strategies for integration of nanodevices into functional systems.
