Registration


This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject area and would like to know more. We encourage you to register online by 1 September 2023 to take advantage of the early booking fee. The registration deadline is 22 September 2023. 

Invitation for Schools: Our first and second days will be focused on introducing the field of Nuclear Forensics to newcomers, with talks from leading experts on their research and their careers in STEM – these accessible talks are suitable for audiences from GCSE & A-Level upwards, and we welcome schools and colleges to register for free to take part online including participating in Q&A sessions with our experts. Registration Fees

The registration fees include the following: -

  • Access to the full technical programme which includes the poster session and exhibition
  • Refreshments and a sandwich lunch (per day)
  • Welcome drinks reception on Monday 9 October (joint NuSec and NuFor event to launch NTRNet)
  • NuFor Networking event on Tuesday 10 October 
  • Conference Dinner on Wednesday 11 October

Booking Information

Please click on the link below to be redirected to the registration portal. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If you submitted an abstract, please login using the same email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a replacement. If you are new to the system, please create an account. You should also read our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct prior to completing your registration.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.


Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server. 

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received 22 September 2023.
