David Smith

Since 2020 David Smith continues as a Visiting Senior Research Fellow with the Centre for Science and Security Studies in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London UK. 

Concurrently he is also affiliated as a senior scientist with the Visiting Scientists and Professionals Program of the Global Security Directorate at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory USA. Prior to these appointments, he retired from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in late 2020 after 34 years of service.
