Hotels

We have a limited number of bedrooms available at Oulton Hall, which is located approximately 2.8 miles from Arla House. Rooms are offered on a single-occupancy, bed-and-breakfast basis and can be booked alongside your registration. 

Bookings are based on a minimum 2-night stay (arrival from 3 February and departure 5 February). The rate is £254 for the duration (£127 per night). 

Coach transfers will be provided to Arla House at set times during the programme. To ensure a place on the coach, we encourage you to book your accommodation at the same time as you register for the event.

If you wish to extend your stay or book for one night, please get in touch with the hotel by Telephone on 0330 1071599 and quote “Institute of Physics”. Please note the same rates will apply until 24 November 2025.
