Abstract Submission


We welcome contributions for oral and poster presentations across a range of themes designed to inspire innovation and fresh perspectives. These themes can be interpreted broadly, allowing for diverse ideas and approaches. If your work doesn’t fit neatly into the predefined categories, the 'Other' theme is available for unique submissions.

Please note that submitting an abstract implies a commitment from the presenting author to register for the event. There is no fee for abstract submission. The abstract submission deadline is 21 November 2025.

Submission Details

  • To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to login to register. 
  • Indictate your preference for an oral or poster presentation. The committee will note your selection, but cannot guarantee your preferred option will be available. 
  • Enter your abstract title (limited to 25 words)
  • The abstract title, authors and their affiliation should be entered in the corresponding fields.
  • Indicate whether the presenting author is a student. 
  • The length of an abstract is limited to 250 words (figures and references are not permitted)

If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status.
