Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more.

Registration will go live shortly, following a review of the accommodation options. In the meantime, the registration fees are detailed below. The deadline date for registering is 8 June 2025.

The registration fees include: access to the sessions, lunch and refreshments each day of the conference, the drinks reception on Tuesday 24 June and the drinks reception and conference dinner on Thursday 26 June.

Non-Member

The annual fee for IOP Membership is £131. The concessionary fee is £39 depending on earnings.

Associate Membership is £15 for undergraduates, apprentices and trainees, including graduates of apprenticeships below degree equivalent level

Booking Information

Register your interest by completing the expression of interest form, and we'll notify you as soon as registration is live. You should read our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct prior to completing your registration.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received 2 June 2025.
