The draft conference programme is available to view. The final programme, including the date and time of talks, will be available shortly. When the information is available, please make sure you are aware of the date and time of your talk. Please note: talk times may change right up until the day, please keep checking back to the programme for your latest presentation time.
Preparing your presentation
Please ensure that you keep within your allocated time slot as these will be strictly enforced by the session chairs:
Plenary speaker: Duration 60 mins (??mins talk + ??mins Q&A)
Invited speaker: Duration 30 mins (25mins talk + 5mins Q&A)
You, as the presenting author, are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within your presentation.
PDF and PowerPoint are accepted. PowerPoint is preferred, if that’s possible.
Uploading your presentation and the on the day management
You must bring your presentation on a memory stick and upload it to the session computer ideally the day before or at least by the break proceeding your talk. Direct connection of your personal laptop is discouraged so to help to keep to time.
Mac users should bring their own adapter to connect to an HDMI cable for presentations, as USB uploads may not always reliably transfer all presentation information.
We recommend that you check for correct presentation of your files - in particular if they contain videos or other animated items.
The Chair of the session will introduce each talk and then moderate all questions from the audience.
