Talk title: Electronic response to a current-induced insulator-to-metal transition in Ca2RuO4

Igor Marković is an Assistant Professor in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics at the School of Physics and Astronomy at Birmingham, jointly affiliated with the UK’s national synchrotron facility, Diamond Light Source. He earned his MSc from the University of Zagreb, and his PhD from the University of St Andrews with Profs. Phil King and Andy Mackenzie, after which he completed a postdoc at the University of British Columbia with Prof. Andrea Damascelli. His research focuses on the investigating and tuning the electronic structure of quantum materials, as revealed by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy.
