Professor Anthony Carrington

Antony Carrington is a Professor at the School of Physics, University of Bristol.  He is the director of the EPSRC CDT in Superconductivity.  His research is focussed on understanding the fundamental physics of high temperature and other unconventional superconductors.  He uses experiments such as magnetic penetration depth and specific heat to probe the superconducting state and measurements of quantum oscillations and electrical transport to probe the normal state electronic structure.
