Please ensure that you keep within your allocated time slot as these will be strictly enforced by the session chairs:
Plenary speaker: 1hr (50mins talk + 10mins Q&A)
Invited speaker: 35 mins (30 mins talk + 5 mins Q&A)
Contributed oral talk: 20 mins (15 mins talk + 5 mins Q&A)
You, as the presenting author, are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within your presentation.
PDF and PowerPoint are accepted. Apple Mac programmes can not be accommodated.
Uploading your presentation and the on the day management
Bring your presentation on a memory stick and up-load it to the room computer in the break preceding your talk.
We recommend that you check for correct presentation of your files - in particular if they contain videos or other animated items.
It's recommended that Apple Mac users bring their own adapter to be able to connect to the HDMI connector and they use their own equipment.
