Accommodation is available at the University in the Agnes Blackadder Hall, located a 5 minute walk from the conference venue. The price per night is £57.50 (single), £74 (double both delegates), £79 (double 1x delegate 1 x non delegate) based on bed and breakfast. Accommodation for delegates is exclusive of VAT, for double occupancy rooms where one guest is not a delegate, VAT will be charged for the guest who is not attending the conference.

The prices have been discounted for conference delegates and to secure the lower rate the promotional code must be applied during the booking process, it cannot be added at a later stage. The promotional code is valid until 22 May 2024 and thereafter it is no longer valid and the full rate will apply. Bedrooms are booked on a first-come, first served basis. 

Breakfast is served in the Agnes Blackadder Hall, and check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am at the Hall's reception desk. Each room has an en-suite toilet and shower room, TV, desk and study chair, tea and coffee making facilities and free
Wi-Fi.
