Dr. Sai Kiran Rajendran

Sai Kiran Rajendran is a research fellow at the University of St Andrews. His research interests are fabrication and spectroscopy of semiconductor optical materials for strong light-matter coupling and quantum applications. He obtained his PhD from Politecnico di Milano in 2014 working on ultrafast spectroscopy of organic semiconductor microcavities. Thereafter, he worked at St Andrews on fabrication and spectroscopy of organic semiconductors for polariton lasing, and from 2019 onwards on inorganic semiconductors for quantum applications.
