Posters will be held in Conference Rooms 8 and 9 located on Level 12. There will be two sessions as follows:
Monday 8 April at 18:00
Tuesday 9 April at 18:00
Please consult the programme to check which session your presentation has been allocated.
Preparing your poster:
Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material.
Posters should be prepared no larger than A0 in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format.
On the day management:
Please check the programme to find out your poster number.
Posters for Session 1 (P1) can be put up on Monday 8 April and must be removed by 10:50 on Tuesday 9 April
Posters for Session 2 (P2) can be put up on Tuesday 9 April from 10:50 and must be removed by 20:00 on the same day.
Any posters left on the boards will be disposed of.
Fixing material will be supplied which is adequate for laminated posters. Fabric posters may be harder to mount.
During the poster session that you have been allocated to, you, as the presenter, should stand next to your poster to facilitate discussion on your work and to answer any questions.
