Please make sure you have consulted the programme and are aware of the date and time for your talk. As the programme is subject to change, you are advised to check the programme regularly for any updates. You should also ensure that you keep within your allocated time slot as these will be strictly enforced by the session chairs.

Conference Spaces 1 and 2 are equipped with the following:

- Expert technical support for the event duration

Preparing your presentation
- Presenters are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within their presentation.
- The screen resolution will be 16:9
- If your presentation includes any interactivity i.e., video clips, please ensure these are embedded into your presentation.
- PDF, PowerPoint and Keynote are accepted
- All presentations should be uploaded to Indico and One Drive the day before your talk is due to take place. The link to the One Drive will be sent to you next week.
Uploading your presentation to Indico
- Please upload your talk to Indico the day before you are due to speak.
- If you do not have access to Indico, please email vossebel@liverpool.ac.uk
Delivering your presentation and on the day management
- Visit the room in which you are speaking in the break preceding your session to load your presentation onto the PC.
- Direct connection of your personal laptop to the session computer is not permitted.
- The chair of the session will introduce each talk and then moderate all questions from the attendees.
