Instructions for Exhibitors

The following guidelines have been compiled to help you plan your table top display at the Joint APP, HEPP and NP conference. If you have any questions, please let me know,

Location:

The exhibition will be held in the Atrium on Level 12 of Spaces at The Spine.

Exhibition Package: 

  • A table measuring 1.8m and two chairs (please bring your own branded tablecloths)
  • A single electrical socket  
  • Refreshments, lunch, and the poster receptions for one representative.

Exhibitors are asked to register via the website. A code will be sent to all exhibitors which will allow them to register free of charge via the online booking portal.

If you require access to the Goods Lift, please note the following dimensions:

Door: 2070mm high, 1070mm wide
Lift: 2210mm high, 1835mm wide, 1585 deep

Car Parking:

If you are driving to the conference and need to temporarily park to unload your material, please advise the following:

  • Time of delivery
  • Car registration of vehicle that needs access to unload and load.
  • Time and date of collection
After the material has been unloaded, please move your car to your hotel car park or the following Multi-storey car park.

Event Insurance:

We strongly advise that you obtain relevant event insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances (Live Events Reinsurance Scheme – GOV.UK).

Documentation:

Please ensure that all electrical equipment that you are planning to bring on-site has a current PAT Test Certificates.
