Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject area and would like to know more. We encourage you to register online by 14 August 2023 to take advantage of the early booking fee. The registration deadline is 24 August 2023. Please note that payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Booking Information

Please click on the link below to be redirected to the registration portal. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If you submitted an abstract, please login using the same email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a replacement. If you are new to the system, please create an account. You should also read our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct prior to completing your registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
