Preparing your poster
Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material.
Posters should be prepared no larger than A0 in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format.
On the day management
All posters, regardless of which session you are presenting in, are to be put up between 8am to 11:30am on Tuesday and left on display until 1pm on Thursday. Any posters left on the boards after this time will be disposed of.
The poster sessions will take place in the Bernstein room on Tuesday and Wednesday alongside drinks.
During the poster session that you have been allocated to, you, as the presenter, should stand next to your poster to facilitate discussion on your work and to answer any questions.
Fixing material may not be supplied so please bring this with you.
