Fabien Massabuau

Fabien Massabuau is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Strathclyde, where his group investigates the fabrication and characterisation of emerging wide-bandgap semiconductors for applications such as ultraviolet photodetectors. Prior to joining Strathclyde in 2019, Fabien was at the University of Cambridge for a PhD (2011-2015) studying the nanostructure of InGaN/GaN quantum wells and their impact on light emitting diode performances, and a follow-on post-doc (2015-2019) to develop a multi-microscopy methodology to study defects in III-Nitrides.
