Joining Instructions for Exhibitors

We’re delighted to welcome you as an exhibitor at PAPS2026. The information on this page has been compiled to help you plan your exhibition stand and prepare for the event.

What is included?
Exhibition package will be provided with:

One table (180 cm x 80 cm)
Two chairs
One complimentary registration to access the talks, refreshments, lunch, drinks receptions and the conference dinner.

The venue is an open space. While the building will be secured each evening, exhibitors may leave their materials overnight at their own discretion.

Build and Breakdown

Set-up: From Midday on Wednesday 8 September 2026
Breakdown: Friday 11 September 2026
