Preparing your presentation
Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within their presentation.
We recommend that you use a minimum font size of 16pt and that you choose colours that contrast and compliment.
The screen resolution will be 16:9.
Authors are required to bring their presentation on a USB memory stick and pre-load onto the presenter’s laptop in the Lecture Theatre prior to the start of the session - it will not be possible to plug in your own laptop as we are transmitting the talks via Zoom.
To optimise compatibility, particularly for the inclusion of multimedia components, speakers should bring any original files used within the presentation so that they can be re-embedded if necessary.
Delivering your presentation
Please make sure you have consulted the programme and are aware of the date and time for your talk.
Ensure you keep to the time allocated as this will be strictly enforced by the conference chairs.
Please ensure you have set up and tested your presentation prior to the start of the session.
