Instructions for Exhibitors

The following information has been compiled to help you plan your table top stand at NuFor 2022.

Deliveries before the Event

Deliveries for the Exhibition can be sent in advance to the Institute of Physics. Please label all packages as follows: -

The IOP is located on a red route and we therefore recommend that you use a courier to deliver any items which you are unable to carry as parking outside the building is not advisable.

Collections

Storage is limited so where possible please take all items away with you the day the event finishes. If you do need to arrange collection via courier, please make sure that you adhere to the following: -

All Items are packed away properly
COMPANY NAME AND CONTACT.
FULL RETURN ADDRESS.
COLLECTION DATE – MUST BE NO LATER THAN 1 DAY AFTER THE EVENT
COURIER COMPANY NAME WHO ARE COLLECTING ITEMS
IOP does not take responsibly of items left for collection

Documentation

Please ensure all electrical equipment brought onto the IOP premises is PAT Tested.

Health and Safety

If the alarm sounds during the conference (and you haven't been informed of a test), please evacuate the building through the nearest exit and assemble outside Tesco's.

Should anyone fall ill or injure themselves during the conference and need medical assistance, please speak to the IOP staff on the registration desk or a member of the venue staff. A trained first aider will assist.
