EMAG 2022 (6th and 7th July) will be held at Imperial College London. During this meeting, we will also be celebrating the 75th anniversary. As part of the 75th Anniversary celebration two plenary talks will be presented at the Institute of Physics followed by a drinks reception, and then dinner at the London Canal Museum. When registering for EMAG you will have the option to select your attendance to the EMAG conference, the 75th anniversary and the conference dinner. The conference dinner will be held on the evening of the 5th July at the Canal Museum after the 75th anniversary.

Event Fees

This event will be held as an in-person event with online streaming capabilities. The in-person registration fee includes access to the programme, refreshments and lunch each day. The online fee includes access to the talks via Zoom.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 5th July. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
