Registration


This event is open to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Whether you're deeply engaged in the field or simply curious to explore, we welcome your participation. To take advantage of the early booking discount, please register by 11 July 2025. The final registration deadline is 14 August 2025. Before completing your registration, we encourage you to review our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct.

Registration Fees

The Full Conference Fee and Student Conference Fee provide access to all talks, refreshments throughout the event, lunch from Monday to Thursday, the welcome reception on Sunday, 31 August, and the Conference Dinner at the Midland Hotel on Wednesday, 3 September. It also includes membership of EHPRG. 

Attendees interested in the General Interest Talks will have access to Thursday’s sessions, including refreshments and lunch on the day.

If you have submitted an abstract, please login to the system using the same email address and password. If you haven't submitted an abstract, please create a new account. 


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.


Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server. 

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Please note the option to pay by BACS is only available up until the early registration deadline. After this date, attendees will be required to make payment with a valid debit or credit card.  Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received by 14 August 2025.
