We're excited to have you join us at EHPRG 2025. To help ensure a smooth and successful experience, we've compiled key guidance for all exhibitors. Please take a moment to review the details below.

📍 Event Location:

The EHPRG 2025 exhibition will take place in the Quays Bar at The Lowry, a landmark arts and entertainment venue located in the heart of MediaCityUK, Manchester.

🏷️ EHPRG 2025 Exhibition Package

As an exhibitor at EHPRG 2025, your package includes everything you need to showcase your work and connect with attendees in comfort and style:

Exhibition furniture: One table and two chairs for your display setup
Power access: A single 500-watt socket to support your equipment
Catering: Complimentary lunch and refreshments throughout the event
Conference dinner: An invitation to the official EHPRG 2025 dinner—perfect for networking in a relaxed setting

If you require extra furniture beyond the standard package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

🕒 Build & Breakdown Schedule

Set-Up Times:

Sunday: 17:00 – 19:00

Breakdown:

Wednesday: From 17:00 (exhibitors need to be clear from 18:30)

⏰ Exhibition Opening Hours

The exhibition area will be open to attendees during the following times:

Sunday: 19:00 - 20:30
Monday: 09:00 – 18:00
Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:00

Please ensure your stand is staffed during these hours to maximize engagement with delegates.

🚛 Delivery Access

Exhibitors are welcome to deliver materials directly to the venue by vehicle.

Stage Door Access:
Use the service road located to the right of The Lowry building. At the end of the road, press the buzzer and inform staff that you are dropping off materials for the EHPRG 2025 exhibition. You will be directed to unload at the Stage Door.
Main Entrance Option:
Smaller items may be brought in through the main entrance of The Lowry.
