We welcome abstracts for oral and poster presentations dedicated to experimental, computational, and theoretical approaches. The submission deadline is May 30, 2025. 

The event is open to everyone from all backgrounds, whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. 

Registration is now available. We encourage you to register by the early booking deadline of July, 11, 2025; however, registration will remain available until August 14, 2025.

You may require a Standard Visitor visa to attend a conference in the UK. Citizens of many countries that previously do not require a visa will now need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA), so please check. For further information visit EHPRG2025

You should always get travel insurance with medical cover before your trip. While in the UK, you can receive treatment from the National Health Service. There may be a cost associated with this, depending upon your home country. The emergency number in the UK is 999. The pan-European 112 works equivalently.
