Abstract Submission


The deadline for oral presentation submissions has now passed; however, we are still accepting poster abstracts. We welcome contributions that explore experimental, computational, or theoretical approaches across all four conference themes.

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and may include figures and references. Please submit online by 15 August 2025.

  • Physics & chemistry 
  • Geo & planetary sciences 
  • Bio / life / food sciences

Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s). Please read the following information before beginning your submission.

Submission Details

  • Once you are ready to upload your abstract to the portal, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to use the same password when you register for the event. 
  • Please enter the title into the submission portal. 
  • Indicate your preferred theme. 
  • Indicate your preferred type of presentation (oral/poster). However, it is up to the Committee to make the final selection. 
  • Authors can submit multiple abstracts; however, only one oral presentation is allowed per presenter. 
  • Enter your authors and co-authors. 
  • Indicate whether the presenting author is a student. 
  • Paste your submission (maximum 300 words)
  • Agreed to the terms and conditions

If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status.
