Registration

The event is open to everyone, regardless of background - whether you are a practicing physicist or simply curious to learn more about the subject. Discounted rates are available to IOP members.

We would like to encourage you to register by the early registration deadline of 11 February 2026 and take advantage of the reduced fee. Please note that the option to pay by purchase order is only available until the early registration deadline. After this date, you will be required to pay by credit or debit card at the time of your booking. Registration will close on 11 March 2026.

The registration fee includes: access to the technicial programme, refreshments and lunch throughout the event, and the poster reception. The Conference Dinner is not included in the fee and tickets must be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you wish to pay by BACS, please note that you are required to enter a valid Purchase Order Number. Purchase orders should be sent to conferences@iop.org immediately after your registration otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received by 11 March 2026.
