Poster Format & Dimensions
Board size: 5 ft x 2 ft (60 inches x 24 inches)
Maximum poster size: A0
Orientation: Portrait
Material: Paper or lightweight fabric posters are acceptable
Font sizes (recommended):
Title: 70–120 pt
Section headings: 36–48 pt
Body text: 24–32 pt
Caption text: 18–24 pt
Poster Design Guidelines
Keep your layout clean and easy to follow
Use high‑contrast colour schemes for accessibility
Include:
Poster title
Author(s) and affiliation(s)
Introduction or context
Key results (figures, charts, tables)
Conclusions
Acknowledgements and references (if needed)
Ensure all images, graphs, and data are correctly attributed
Avoid overcrowding—aim for clarity and readability from 1–2 metres away
Poster Setup & Display
Location: Lee Hall
Display boards: A0 portrait boards with Velcro
Fixings: Velcro will be available on site
Setup time: 08:30 on Thursday 26 March
Removal time: 17:45 on Friday 27 March
Board Allocation: Each board will have the allocated poster number as referenced in the programme.
Please note: Uncollected posters may be disposed of after the event.

Please stand by your poster during the allocated poster session to discuss your work with delegates - Session 1, Thursday 26 March at 10:45 - Posters designated P1 - Session 2, Friday 27 March at 10:15 - Poster designated P2
Engage with participants—briefly introduce your research and be prepared to answer questions
Posters should remain on display for the duration specified in the programme
