Guidance for Exhibitors


We’re delighted to have you exhibiting at Clusters’26. Please find key details below to help you prepare.

Location: 
The exhibition will take place in the Gallery (Level -1), next to the Lecture Theatre. Stands will be positioned alongside refreshments, lunch, and poster displays to maximise visibility.

What is included?
Gold and Silver sponsors will be provided with:

  • One table (180 cm x 80 cm)
  • Two chairs

The Gallery is an open space. While the building will be secured each evening, exhibitors may leave their materials overnight at their own discretion.

  • Access to sessions for 2 representatives
  • A table stand with two chairs in the exhibition area

  • Poster session sponsorship (logo displayed)

Silver Package

  • Access to sessions for 1 representative
  • A table stand with two chairs in the exhibition area
  • Tea/coffee and lunch included
  • 1 conference dinner ticket
Build and Breakdown
  • Set-up: From 08:30 on Monday 8 June 2026 
  • Breakdown: From midday on Friday 12 June 2026

Parking: 
Parking is not available at the venue. More information about travelling to the Institute can be found via here

Deliveries: 
Due to limited storage space at the venue, parcels can only be received if confirmed with Tima and collections must be arranged by exhibitors. 

Lift:
There is a lift to the reception if carrying any heavy equipment. 

  • 110 cm (width) x 230 cm (depth) x 208 cm (height)
  • Capacity: 1275 kg (17 persons)
