Accommodation (bed and breakfast) is available nearby at Churchill College and Murray Edwards College on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Churchill College: rooms with en-suite £106.80 per night. Rooms with shared bathroom facilities £80.40 per night. 
Murray Edwards College: rooms with en-suite available only £103.80 per night.

Churchill College

  • Location is a ten-minute walk (or a short bus ride) from the historic city centre and a ten-minute walk to the conference venue. Churchill College, University of Cambridge, Storey’s Way, Cambridge, CB3 0DS
  • Parking, which is at a premium, is free, however, please note, it operates on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed 
  • The College has become cashless, card payments taken only (except American Express)
  • Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 10am at the Porters' Lodge (late check-out incurs an automatic charge)
  • Breakfast is served in the dining hall from7:30am to 9:30am
  • Free Wi-Fi available.

Murray Edwards College

  • Location is a ten-minute walk (or a short bus ride) from the historic city centre and a ten-minute walk to the conference venue. Murray Edwards College, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, CB3 0DF
  • Parking, which is at a premium, is free, however, please note, it operates on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed 
  • Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 9am at the Porters' Lodge 
  • Free Wi-Fi available.
