Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations

Oral presentations are 15 minutes in total (12 + 3 minutes for Q&A).

Presenters are asked to bring their presentation to the event on a USB stick to upload to the house computer in the break preceding their session. We recommend saving presentations in PDF or PowerPoint format. Presentations from personal laptops are discouraged.  

Poster presentations

Posters should be A0 format. in a portrait orientation

The poster session is at 13.00-14.00, and posters must be displayed before the start of the session.

Flash presentations for the poster presenters (12.30-13.00) should be max. 2 minutes long (max. 3 slides). The presentation should be uploaded onto the conference computer before the beginning of the Characterisation session (i.e. before 11.30).
