Abstract Submission

Contributions for oral and poster presentations are invited for this workshop. Abstracts should be a maximum side of one page of A4 and prepared using the attached template. The submission deadline is 16 April 2025. Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s). Please read the following information before beginning your submission.

Submission Details

Please download the template before beginning your submission.
Once you are ready to upload your abstract to the portal, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to use the same password when you register for the event.
Please enter the title into the submission portal.
Indicate your preferred type of presentation (oral/poster). However, it is up to the Committee to make the final selection.
Enter your authors and co-authors.
Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
Upload your abstract to the system as a word document file.
