Abstract Submission


Contributions are welcome on any of the listed topics and may be submitted as either:

A0 posters, or 20‑minute in‑person oral presentations.

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and submitted online by Friday 10 July 2026. All presentations will be delivered in person. Please use the link below to start your submission. By submitting an abstract, you confirm that the presenting author intends to register for the event. There is no fee to submit an abstract.

You may also upload a short biography outlining your work and research interests. This will only appear once the programme is published.

Submission Details

  • Begin by creating an account and choosing a memorable password; you will need this to log in and register later.
  • Enter the abstract title, list of authors, and their affiliations in the relevant fields.
  • Indicate your preferred presentation type (oral or poster). The Programme Committee will make the final decision.
  • Confirm whether the presenting author is a student.
  • Abstracts must be 300 words or fewer. When references are included, please cite them using square brackets in order of appearance (e.g. [1]) and list them in numerical order at the end of the abstract.

All submissions are strongly encouraged to clearly highlight the relevance of the work to Nuclear Data.
