The Events
Main Conference

The Main Conference is free to attend but you must pre-register using the link below as spaces are limited.
This two-day conference will focus on the collective dynamics of neurons and how cognition, or even the mind and consciousness may emerge. It will feature an extensive line-up of Invited Speakers and Contributed Speakers, and will explore how to reconcile the findings of different experimental and analysis approaches and thereby explore cognition as the macroscopic result of multiple dynamical relations operating at a range of scales in space and time.
Public Event - “Can reductionism explain the mind?”

This evening event will feature a fireside chat between prominent scientists on the topic “Can reductionism explain the mind?” This event aims to push the boundaries of scientific and public understanding of how the brain works and the tools needed for a holistic understanding. If you will be registering as a member, please have your IOP Membership number ready.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days.
