Registration

Progress in Physics 2024 is a hybrid conference, and we welcome registrations from online and in-person attendees. Online attendance for this conference is free.

Registration is live until the 2 October 2024. This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. Please read our terms and conditions and code of conduct prior to completing your registration.

The registration fees are listed below. Registration includes refreshments, lunch and a drinks reception on each day.

Registration Fee - £40 + VAT*

*VAT is calculated at the current rate of 20%.

If the rate is altered as a result of government legislation, charges may be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
