Guidance for Oral Presenters

All presenters must visit the speaker preview room prior to their session.  Please see opening times below. 

The speaker preview room is located in Conference Link Room 1

Preparing your presentation

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within their presentation.
  • We recommend that you use a minimum font size of 16pt and that you choose colours that contrast and compliment.
  • The screen resolution will be 16:9.
  • Authors must visit the speaker preview room prior to their session to review and test their presentation. 
  • All presentations should be supplied on a USB memory stick.

Location: Conference Link 1

Monday: 08:00-18:00
Tuesday: 08:00-18:00
Wednesday: 08:00-18:00
Thursday: 08:00-11:30

Delivering your presentation

  1. Please make sure you have consulted the programme and are aware of the date and time for your talk. 
  2. Ensure you keep to the time allocated as this will be strictly enforced by the conference chairs. 
    1. Plenary Talks: 45 minutes (35 + 10 minutes for questions)
    2. Invited Talks: 30 minutes (25 + 5 minutes for questions)
    3. Contributed Oral Talks: 15 (12 + 3 minutes for questions)
  3. All speakers are encouraged to visit the speaker preview room to test their presentation before the start of the session.
