Session 1 | Wednesday 20th April, 2-3.15pm | outline: “Making the most of your PhD”
- 75 minute session
- Presentation, panel discussion and facilitated Q&A with current PhDs and Postdocs
- Discussion:
- To include seeking funding and scholarships,
- Publishing, overseas research and conferences
- Growth mindset and professional development case studies
- Reflections on the PhD and general advice
Session 2 | Wednesday 20th April, 3.30-4.15pm | “Maintaining resilience and wellbeing during assessments, deadlines, university study and PhD”
- 45 minute session
- Panel discussion and facilitated Q&A
- To include tips to navigate stress and balancing workload
- Maintaining resilience, wellbeing during the transition to early career / the workplace / further research
Session 3 | Thursday 21st April, 2-3pm | “Managing the transition from PhD to the next stage of your career”
