Registration Times

On arrival at the conference, please collect your badge from the registration desk located in the reception foyer. The registration desk will be staffed by the Institute of Physics and open from 09:00.

Please refer to the programme  for the schedule of talk and the list of poster presentations.

Parking

Although car parking will remain complimentary, it is essential for all vehicles to be registered. The provided link covers car registrations for the 17th April: https://nottingham.firstparking.co.uk/Event/Register/DF4tacTq

  • The registration does need to be complete prior to arrival, there are tablets on site for guests to register if you do forget, however if you do not register your car you will receive a parking ticket.
  • The entrance would still only be the West entrance to the University. All guests will be able to register under the same link even if you are staying the night prior.

Environmental Policy

The organisers and the organising committee recognise their environmental responsibilities and are committed to ensuring the event is as sustainable as possible. To achieve this, we have: 

  • Minimised waste by reducing consumption. 
  • Effective waste management and recycling points
  • Stopped waste by using upcycled, recycled, or reusable items
  • Worked with ethical partners when purchasing supplies
  • Complied with all applicable environmental legislation and relevant codes of practice.
Health and Safety

Your safety at the event is our top priority and as such we plan for all eventualities and emergencies. At least one member of the on-site team is a trained first aider and will be able to assist should you have a medical issue. 

Code of Conduct
