We invite researchers at all stages to showcase their research by presenting a poster. Please submit a short abstract describing your work if you wish to take part. Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words, including figures and references, and submitted online by the 15 September 2025. Please read the information below before starting your submission.
Submission Details
- Once you are ready to upload your abstract to the portal, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to use the same password when you register for the event.
- Please enter the title into the submission portal (maximum 25 words)
- Enter your authors and co-authors.
- Paste your submission and any references (maximum 300 words)
- Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
- Agreed to the terms and conditions
If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status.
