Guidance for oral presenters

All rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, PA system, laser pointer and remote clicker. 

Preparing your presentation

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within their presentation.
  • We recommend that you use a minimum font size of 16pt and that you choose colours that contrast and compliment.
  • The screen resolution will be 16:9.
  • All presentations should be supplied on a USB memory stick. 

Delivering your presentation

  1. Please make sure you have consulted the programme and are aware of the date and time for your talk. 
  2. Ensure you keep to the time allocated as this will be strictly enforced by the conference chairs. 
  3. All presenters are more than welcome to test presentations during before the start of the sessions and during refreshment/lunch breaks.
