Catering

Lancaster University is a nut-free building, however it cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. 

Lunch menus includes: 

  • A selection of sandwiches to include meat and vegetarian fillings (Non Halal meat) 
  • Soup of the day
  • A selection of cakes
  • Tea, coffee and orange juice

Event Dinner includes: 

Starter:

  1. Lancashire cheese tartlet with sticky onion jam with crisp leaves (Vegan) 
  2. Smoked chicken and apricot terrine, coronation mayonnaise, sourdough crostini and crisp leaves. 
Main Course:
  1. Cauliflower steak with Harissa (V)(VG)(GF)(DF) 
  2. Slow cooked beef medallion with a Lancaster Bomber peppercorn sauce (GF) 
Dessert: 
  1. Milk chocolate tart with Chantilly cream (V)
