Registration

This event is open to individuals from all backgrounds, whether you are a practicing physicist or simply possess an interest in the field and wish to expand your knowledge. We kindly invite you to register online by the early booking deadline of 29 May 2025. The Registration deadline is 10 June 2025.

Registration Fees

The registration fees include access to the talks, refreshments throughout the programme, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, the Pizza and Poster Session, and the Conference Dinner at Whitworth Cafe.

Before you begin your registration, please read our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct prior to completing your registration.

**If you submitted an abstract, please use the same email address and login details to register, otherwise you need to create a new account even if you are an IOP Member and have registered to attend a different IOP Event.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Please note the option to pay by BACS is valid until 9 May 2025, after which you will be required to pay by credit card. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received 10 June 2025.
