Abstract Submission


Contributions are invited for physical poster presentations and videos for the online videos for the online Gallery of Microfluidic Motion. Authors should submit an abstract of approximately 250 words (figures and references are not permitted) outlining their research. Additionally, please indicate your preferred presentation method; you can choose to present a physical poster, contribute to the online gallery, or both. 

The deadline for submitting your abstract is May 16, 2025. Further information on preparing your poster or video will be provided upon acceptance of your submission. Video presentations will be 3-minutes in length. 

Submission Details

  • To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password.
  • Enter the abstract title (maximum 25 words)
  • Choose your preferred presentation type (Physical Poster / Video / Both)
  • Enter the authors and affiliations.
  • Enter your abstract (max 250 words).
  • Indicate whether the presenting author is a Young Research Scientist (within 10 years of completing a PhD)
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.


If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status.
