Registration

Registration for this event is now available and we invite you to register by 23 November 2022. Please read IOP terms and conditions and code of conduct, and IAPS Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy prior to completing a booking.

Fees

There are two registration options, the accommodated ticket which includes three night's accommodation at The Generator (arrival Saturday and departure on Tuesday) and the non-accommodated ticket which doesn't include accommodation. Both include refreshments, lunch and social activities.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 23 November 2022. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
