Registration

Please note that we are now AT CAPACITY for the in-person event. We welcome you to join us online at the same date/time for one of our virtual sessions, which will include the same content as our in-person sessions.

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more.

Registration is free of charge, but you must register in advance.

Three different sessions are available based on your level of experience and interests. All sessions take place concurrently at the same date and time, so it is only possible to participate in one session.

Please note that some sessions require you to have access to your own computer/laptop in order to participate.
If you do not have access to your own laptop, please email sarah.evans@iop.org and we will see what we can arrange for you.

Available sessions:

  • Beginner Hack - for people with little to no coding experience who are interested in coding. Computer required to participate.
  • Experienced Hack - a coding session for those with some prior coding experience. Computer required to participate.
  • Systems Hack - a non-coding session, no computer required.
