Plenary Speaker

Ken-ichi Uchida received his doctoral degree from Tohoku University, Japan, in 2012. After working as an Assistant/Associate Professor (2012–2016) at Tohoku University and as a Group Leader at NIMS (2016–2023), he has been a Distinguished Group Leader at Research Center for Magnetic and Spintronic Materials, NIMS, since 2023 and a Professor at Graduate School of Frontier Science, The University of Tokyo, Japan, since 2024. He has been leading the JST ERATO project since 2022 and working mainly on spin(calori)tronics, thermoelectrics and thermal energy engineering.
