Talk title: Defects and thermoelectric transport in Half-Heusler compounds

Chenguang Fu is a ZJU-100 Young Professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China). He received his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Zhejiang University in 2016. From 2017 to 2020, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids (Dresden, Germany) under the Humboldt Research Fellowship awarded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, where he also served as Group Leader of the “Thermoelectrics & Topology” group. He currently serves as a board member of the Chinese Thermoelectric Society. His research focuses on the discovery and development of novel materials for thermoelectric energy conversion, with particular emphasis on half-Heusler compounds and topological materials. To date, he has published more than 120 peer-reviewed papers and delivered over 30 invited lectures at international and domestic conferences.
