Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters will be located in the Gallery. 

The conference programme will be available shortly and once live, please make sure you are aware of the date and time of your poster session. 

Preparing your poster

• Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material. 
• Posters should be prepared no larger than A0 in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format. 

On the day management

• All posters are to be put up between 8am to 10:00am and left on display until 5pm. Any posters left on the boards after this time will be disposed of.
  
• The poster sessions will take place in the Gallery alongside the drinks reception. 
• During the poster session that you have been allocated to, you, as the presenter, should stand next to your poster to facilitate discussion on your work and to answer any questions.
• Fixing material may not be supplied so please bring this with you.
