Exhibition

The following guidelines has been compiled to help you plan your stand at the 28th AIRAPT and 60th EHPRG conference. This page will be updated regularly so please check back for the latest updates. If you have any questions, please email claire.garland@iop.org

Location

The conference and exhibition will be held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in Lennox Suite 1 and 2. The exhibition will open on Sunday 23 July and close on Wednesday 26 July.

Exhibitor Registration

All exhibitors are asked to register via the conference website. Please refer to your booking confirmation for further information.

Logistics Partner

Our appointed logistics team is Cameron Logistics. If you have any questions, please contact them by email to info@cameronlogistics.co.uk or you can download their exhibition manual.

Deliveries

We recommend that you use our delivery partner Cameron Logistics; however, should you wish to make your own arrangements, please find details below.

If sending material to the EICC, please download the delivery label. Please make sure you complete all sections of the form (note the contact name is your stand representative).
If you are planning to deliver the material directly, exhibitors can either use the EICC loading bay or deliver via the front entrance.

Deliveries can be accepted 2 days in advance of the event and can be made at any time as the EICC loading bay is 24hrs.

Arriving via the EICC Loading Bay (Off the West Approach Road The Exchange Edinburgh EH3 8EE) - Please note that the address and postcode for the EICC will take you the front entrance. The loading bay is accessed from West Approach Road so please search for the West Approach Road on your sat nav and follow the directions. If you are coming from the west the EICC loading bay is the right turn just before the turn off for the Sheraton hotel. If you are arriving from the east the EICC loading bay is the left turn just after the turn off from the Sheraton Hotel.

Arriving via the EICC Front Doors - If you arrive at the EICC front door and need to get to the loading bay then use the following directions. Head west straight down Morrison Street. At the junction for Lothian Road turn left and head down Lothian Road keeping in the left-hand lane. Turn left onto Western Approach Road, keep in the left-hand land and turn left at the second set of traffic lights on the West Approach Road. The EICC Loading Bay will be straight ahead on the right. Please note there is only short term unload parking at the EICC loading bay so you will only be able to park while you unload and then find alternative parking offsite.

Documentation

Current PAT Test Certificates must be supplied 10 working days in advance of the event date covering any electrical equipment you plan to bring on site. Public Liability Insurance Certificate and a risk assessment must also be supplied as above. Please send to claire.garland@iop.org
