Abstract Submission

Authors interested in submitting an abstract for a contributed presentation, should submit an abstract by 26 November 2023.

The meeting will focus on advances in electron microscopy research emerging at the frontiers between physics and biology. It will cover recent progress and challenges in imaging biological materials, as well as opportunities for new instrumentation and methodologies in both the biophysics and physical science communities. The aim is to promote a synergy between our two groups. We actively encourage contribution from researchers with either a technique or a problem that might benefit from discussion with colleagues across disciplines.

The meeting will take the form of invited speakers and poster presentations, followed by a panel discussion on the possible areas of collaborations. A small nominal flat fee will be charged for attendance. If you wish to present a poster, please submit an abstract through the online portal. A selection of poster presenters will also have the opportunity to give flash oral presentations during the meeting.

Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words and submitted online by 26 November 2023 (one image/figure is permitted). Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register (when registration opens). There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s).

Please complete all sections of the form and agree to the terms and conditions. The corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission. Further information can be found in the submission portal.
